The hotel is conveniently located right beside the Pancake House, with great amenities, but unfortunately there is an annoying hum from the overhead ventilation system. The rooms are spacious and just like the photo, perfect for families, although the hottub was out of order. The service was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in without any credit card. The dining experience at the nearby Pancake House was good, offering high-quality products.
The hotel had wonderful and spacious rooms with a very comfortable bed, but they were not very clean as the vents were furry and dirty. The service was exceptional, with friendly and cooperative staff always greeting with a smile. The location was the best, modern, clean, and close to many attractions. Dining was amazing but a bit delayed. The facilities were awesome with a couch, desk, and kitchen area.
The hotel offers large spacious rooms that feel a bit hot and muggy and appear outdated compared to the images. The staff are very nice and helpful, although there was an issue with the guestroom. The location is excellent, right next to Polo Park and close to the airport, even with the distance to various attractions. The facilities provide a family-friendly environment, ideal for a weekend getaway.
